I received the recommendation for THS from a trusted person in building management when I was due for a new hot water heater. I called and was treated with professionalism and respect. I was given a quick appointment. The plumber arrived on time. He clearly detailed the work to be done, the cost and the timing. All were reasonable. He finished the work as described and the area was tidy as if nobody had been there. THS followed up to ensure everything was as expected. I can’t imagine a better experience and I recommend THS to friends and family.

I am a Commercial Real Estate Broker and Commercial Property Manager. I am also a Mechanical Engineer. My dad was a developer and I have personally remodeled many homes. I know plumbing and I know the trades. THS Plumber is the absolute best Plumber in the business. They are talented, professional and most of all they are completely fair. I no longer request a quote, I just call them, because I know that they are trustworthy and stand behind their work. They never nickel dime you, they never try to over sell you. You just call them and the job is done correctly. Period. If you are lucky enough to find THS Plumbing them you are lucky enough.

Quick friendly and accurate. Tanner was excellent in knowing what the problem was and quickly fixed it. I asked about another issue I had and he also knew what it was and fixed it with ease. Not over charged or tried to do more work then necessary. Will be using and referring to THS plumbing from now on.

Best price in town. And another company we use top of the line heat pump and condenser company saw the water heater and was very impressed on the whole job. Our guys we’re very professional and we were referred to my a relative in town who had a great experience as well.

Today Tanner Grice of THS Plumbing did his usual first-rate job. Replacing weakened and missing water delivery pipes on the water heater; tightening a faucet that was almost impossible to reach from beneath the cabinet; and crawling through the attic to determine if our exhaust fans expelled through the exterior. They did (new home, so I was not sure). Highly recommend Tanner!

THS is a family operation for the most part. They are professional and friendly and did a great job for our house in Sarasota. Kevin did a wonderful job with replacing the old copper pipes in our 1969 Sarasota house with new PEX pipes. He also replaced old leaking drain/pipe in the kitchen, installed faucets, toilets, and all plumbing related connections. He and his family are dedicated people who are committed to their craft. I thank you for their patience during the process and looking forward to enjoying the house knowing that the plumbing is new and in good hands.

My hot water tank was leaking just as I was about to go on a trip. I called THS, made a quick appointment and they fixed it within a day maybe two but luckily it’s in the garage so it didn’t do much damage. Good price and very quick service would highly recommend
